In 2010 UPSAC was asked to give a “fishing class” for a group of scouts from the Los Angeles area. In response, UPSAC’s Hashem Nahid contacted Marty Golden from NOAA and together they presented an “Ethical Angling Class” at the Hermosa Beach Pier.
